Comprehensive Betting Guidelines

These Sportsbook Rules govern all betting activities on Rainbet’s sports betting platform. By placing any bet, you agree to comply with these rules and acknowledge that all wagers are subject to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication. All bets are settled based on official results from reputable data sources, and decisions made by Rainbet regarding bet settlement are final.

General Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be reversed or canceled. All bets are settled based on official results at the conclusion of events. Results become final 72 hours after posting, after which no queries will be accepted. We reserve the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds, after event start times (except live betting), or due to system errors. Bets placed on events with incorrect dates, misspelled team names, or wrong tournaments will stand as long as the intended event is clear.

Bet Types

Single Bet: Wager on a single outcome. Payout = stake × odds.

Combo (Accumulator): Multiple selections combined into one bet. All selections must win for payout. Payout = stake × combined odds.

System Bet: Multiple combinations of accumulators from selected outcomes. Partial wins possible if some selections win.

Cash Out: Settlement option offered at Rainbet’s discretion allowing early bet closure at adjusted odds before event conclusion.

Voiding and Cancellation

Bets may be voided if: incorrect odds were offered (obvious errors), bets were placed after event start, software/system errors occurred, venue changes affected the outcome, events are abandoned without resuming within 48 hours, or fraudulent activity is detected. If events are not completed within 48 hours of scheduled start time, all bets are void except for completed periods and certain exceptions outlined in sport-specific rules.

Common Market Types

1X2 (Match Result)

1 = Home team wins | X = Draw | 2 = Away team wins

Over/Under (Totals)

Bet on total goals/points exceeding or staying under specified number

Handicap Betting

Virtual advantage/disadvantage applied to final score for settlement

Double Chance

Cover two outcomes: 1X (home or draw), 12 (home or away), X2 (draw or away)

Draw No Bet

Stake refunded if match ends in draw; win if selected team wins

Correct Score

Predict exact final score of the match

Soccer Betting Rules

All bets are settled on 90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specified. Corners awarded but not taken do not count. Own goals are not considered for player scoring markets. Yellow cards count as 1 card, red/yellow-red as 2 cards (maximum 3 cards per player). Cards shown after full-time do not count. Settlement is based on TV broadcast and official statistics unless clear evidence proves otherwise.

Basketball Betting Rules

Markets do not include overtime unless expressly stated. If matches are interrupted and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets stand; otherwise void. Quarter/period betting only considers scoring in specified timeframe. “Will there be overtime” settles as “yes” if regular time ends in a draw, regardless of whether overtime is actually played.

Tennis Betting Rules

In case of retirement or walkover, undecided markets are void unless outcome was already determined. Bets stand regardless of venue changes, surface changes, or schedule changes. Match tie-breaks count as the 3rd set. Every tie-break counts as 1 game. Penalty points awarded by umpire do not affect bet validity.

Esports Betting Rules

Settlement based on official results from game streams. Matches postponed beyond 24 hours are void. Walkovers void all bets. Stand-ins are permitted if organizer allows. If match format differs from offering, bets may be void. Team retirements void undecided markets except completed maps.

CS2/Valorant: If player disconnects and match continues 4v5 for 5+ rounds, affected bets void.
Dota 2/LoL: Disconnections in first 10 minutes void bets; after 10 minutes, bets stand.
All Esports: Overtime included unless stated otherwise.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live bets may experience short delays before acceptance. Betting may be suspended during dangerous situations (free kicks, penalties, attacks). Live scores displayed are for informational purposes only and accuracy is not guaranteed. If markets remain open with incorrect scores that significantly impact odds, we reserve the right to void affected bets. All live betting is subject to our risk management policies.

Important Betting Notes

• Minimum age for sports betting is 18 years or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction
• Use of VPN, automated systems, or multiple accounts is prohibited
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and may be adjusted without notice
• Protested or overturned decisions after official result do not affect settlement
• Dead heat rules apply when multiple participants tie for winning position
• Statistical data displayed is for informational purposes only
• All times displayed are approximate and may not be accurate
• We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any wager
• Betting integrity violations will result in bet voidance and account restrictions
• Arbitrage betting and fixed match betting are strictly prohibited

Disputes and Complaints

Disputes must be lodged within 3 days from bet settlement. No claims will be honored after this period. For settlement disputes, contact our customer service with your bet details. We will respond within 28 days. If resolution cannot be reached, matters may be escalated to management. Settlement decisions are based on official results from reputable sources including official league websites, verified statistics providers, and broadcast data.

All settled markets become final 72 hours after settlement. Within this period, we may correct results due to human error, system error, or mistakes from result sources. After 72 hours, no changes will be made regardless of circumstances.
