These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rainbet’s cryptocurrency casino platform and related services. By accessing our website or creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services. Rainbet operates under Curaçao eGaming license #8048/JAZ, providing licensed online gaming services. When using Rainbet’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory requirements:

• You will not use VPN, proxy, or similar services to mask or manipulate your true location
• You are the authorized user of all payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals
• You will make all payments in good faith and will not reverse or dispute legitimate transactions
• You understand that gambling involves risk and you may lose deposited funds
• You are playing solely for personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes
• You will act in good faith and not attempt to manipulate markets or exploit system vulnerabilities
• You acknowledge that all cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible

To use our services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including a valid email address, full name, date of birth, and residential address. We reserve the right to refuse registration applications without providing reasons. You are limited to one account per person – multiple accounts will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds. All accounts require email verification before deposits or gameplay can commence.

You must keep your password confidential and secure. We recommend changing passwords regularly and enabling two-factor authentication when available. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account, including unauthorized access. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.

We may close or suspend accounts without prior notice if we suspect Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time, and accounts may be restricted until verification is complete.

Chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate account termination, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action. Your player account is not a bank account and does not earn interest. We are not responsible for blockchain network delays or cryptocurrency price fluctuations during transactions.

We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time to verify your identity and location. Required documents typically include government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie holding your identification document. During verification, accounts receive “Temporarily Approved” status with restrictions: maximum €500 aggregate deposits and no withdrawals permitted.

Verification must be completed within 72 hours of request. The review process takes up to 7 business days. Failure to provide requested documents, submission of falsified documents, or denial of verification will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of all funds. We may restrict service access and freeze accounts until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All submitted documents must be valid (not expiring within 3 months), clearly legible, show full name matching your account registration, confirm you are over 18 years old, and verify residence in a non-restricted jurisdiction. We use third-party verification services to confirm authenticity and may request additional information if inconsistencies are detected.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Abuse of promotional codes, including applying the same code across multiple accounts or engaging in system manipulation, will result in forfeiture of all funds, winnings, and bonuses. Maximum withdrawable amount from welcome keys is $50. For promotional and affiliate codes, the maximum amount transferable to normal balance after completing wagering requirements is $50, with any excess forfeited.

Deposit bonuses cannot be topped up with additional deposits – doing so forfeits eligibility and pending bonuses. Restrictions related to promotional codes are removed once the bonus balance is fully withdrawn or depleted. Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, table games 10%, and live dealer games 5%. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if Terms are violated.

Gambling should be for entertainment purposes only. Stop immediately if it ceases to be enjoyable. Never wager amounts you cannot afford to lose. If you feel you have lost control of your gambling, you can self-exclude by accessing the Responsible Gambling section in our website footer. Self-exclusion begins with a mandatory 24-hour cooldown period that must be confirmed via email. After the cooldown, you will receive options for extended self-exclusion timeframes.

By initiating self-exclusion, you agree not to create additional accounts, deposit funds, or place wagers during the exclusion period. You acknowledge this is a voluntary action and Rainbet holds no liability for losses during exclusion. Self-exclusion is a strict, irreversible policy that cannot be reversed under any circumstances, demonstrating our commitment to responsible gambling practices.

In the event of system errors, malfunctions, or technical issues, all affected bets are rendered void. You must immediately notify us upon discovering any errors or discrepancies. We reserve the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds or after events have started. All posted results become final after 72 hours, with corrections only made for human error, system error, or mistakes from result sources within this timeframe.

Disputes must be lodged within 3 days of the wager being decided. No claims will be honored after this period. Players are solely responsible for reviewing their account transactions after each session. We do not accept responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers. If evidence of system manipulation or game abuse is discovered, comprehensive investigations will be conducted, and confirmed violations will result in confiscation of all account funds and permanent account closure.

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any wager for any reason, including bets perceived as fraudulent or designed to circumvent betting limits. Minimum and maximum wager amounts are subject to change without notice. We maintain the right to adjust limits on individual accounts based on betting patterns and account history.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not compensate you for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage (direct or indirect) unless we breach duties imposed by law. We are not liable for failures attributed to your own fault, third-party issues (including internet connectivity or computer equipment problems), or unforeseeable events. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of bets placed via your account for the relevant transaction or €500, whichever is lower.

We strongly recommend verifying the compatibility of our services with your equipment and installing anti-virus software. We cannot be held liable for failures due to Force Majeure events including acts of God, trade disputes, power outages, government actions, or telecommunication failures. You agree to indemnify us for all costs, charges, and losses arising from your fraud, dishonesty, criminal acts, or Terms violations.

We are the sole owners of all rights to our platform, technology, software, business systems, odds, trademarks, trade names, logos, and URL. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. You may not use automatic or manual devices to monitor, copy, scrape, or reproduce our content. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without express written permission.

If all internal resolution efforts fail, you have the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing authority, Gaming Services Provider N.V. in Curaçao. We take no liability when responding to complaints or taking action in connection therewith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainbet, superseding all prior communications. Terms remain in effect while you use our services and survive account termination for any reason.

We may assign our rights and obligations to third parties without your consent. You cannot assign these Terms without our prior written consent. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, with remaining provisions remaining valid. No waiver of Terms provisions is effective unless made in writing by us.
